I'm sorry!

First of all I want to say WELCOME to all my new followers. It makes me so happy to read your comments and get to know all of you.

Now about the I'm sorry part....

I want to apologize to any of you who happened to see the nasty post an anonymous poster left on my blog today. I disabled some of the security features like the word protection and allowed anonymous posters to post because it made things easier but there are people who take advantage of that so I have added the word verification security back and if this happens again I will have to moderate my incoming comments.

I have such a violated feeling when someone posts things like this. People try to have blogs to share their lives with others and meet new friends and there are a few who have to try to ruin that. I caught it 20 minutes after it was posted and deleted it so it wasn't here for long but any amount of time is long enough to offend someone who might innocently click on a link posted on my blog.

So again, I apologize if anyone happened to have clicked on the link that was posted and ended up where they did not want to be. I by no means had anything to do with that site.

Oh ugly. I too had an anonymous poster. For three days now. I am now set to NO ANON post & users have to be registered. Next time, I'll my IP capture the addy and go from there. I've had enough. It's my blog, my life. You don't like, go away. I mean no one any harm and I expect the same. I'm sorry to hear you were hit too!

Keep being you!

Usually a person who would be so mean to do that is jealous, or feeling very inferior and it makes them feel bigger to berate someone else; a twisted mentality for sure.

Anyway, I sure enjoy reading your posts as it reminds me of what I was doing 20+ yrs ago. Still do most of it but I miss my dairy goats and their wonderful milk!

OH so sorry this happened to you. Setting the security settings is a good thing. Now I must go try to figure that out and do mine. Some people have no sense!!

After the second time I got anonymous spam I decided to change my settings too. They were trying to sell stuff. Why they would think I or anyone would be interested is beyond me.

Visiting by way of Suzanne. I get those anon. comments every now and then. When they first began I contacted Blogger and they stopped.

I saw your post about line drying. May I suggest you try making Suzanne's home made laundry soap. It makes a huge difference in my laundry. Even my 8 yr old grandson, who does the laundry at his house, loves it. It's extremely easy to do and takes about 10 minutes.

I've been wanting to make sourdough rolls. I'm going to try your recipe.

Have a blessed day.
