Peppermint Goodies Give Away!

Photobucket
I promised you Peppermint and here it is!

You get 1 bar of cold process Peppermint Soap (which will need to cure for about 3 more weeks at least), 1 bar of hot process Peppermint Goat Milk Soap (it's ready to use), 1 jar of Peppermint Candy Sugar Face and Body scrub and a tube of Peppermint lip balm.

I will be offering these little peppermint kits as well as the individual products in my Etsy store when it's up and running (it's a WIP right now!)

All you have to do is follow my blog and tell my what you're crafting. If you're not crafting anything, then tell me something about a craft that means something to you...a childhood craft memory, something you want to try, crafts your kids do at school, anything crafty! Maybe you could tell me a good use for acorns in crafts. I have a backyard full of huge acorns this year!

I don't usually ask that you follow my blog for giveaways but I worked hard on this one. I made you soap! So come on, I deserve a little something, right? It makes me smile when I see someone else that cares enough to follow along with my busy, crazy farm life.

Give away ends Saturday morning, October 16, 2010 at 9:00 Central time! Winner will be chosen by Randomizer.org and posted soon after!

I just found your blog on Soap Making for Beginners on Facebook and look forward to checking out your other posts. I am a newbie when it comes to soap-making, but I do enjoy it and am due to make another batch soon so it can cure in time for Christmas gifts. Your labels are so cute! That's something I need to work on!

What a wonderful little giveaway! My hubby and I enjoy making soap as well. I'd like to find some time soon for a bit of sewing soon, but used my creative efforts this morning in the kitchen to make pumpkin butter and my house is smelling so yummy at the moment!

I am already a follower. Those goodies look awesome and very well done!

I am crocheting a blanket for my daughter right now and will hopefully finish that up within the next few weeks.

Then it is time to make dish rags and scarves for family and friends.

I would so be willing to work out a trade in soap with you for crochet dishrags or scarves.

Just a thought :)

I am a new follower. Please enter me in the giveaway. I would like to learn how to make soap but I am kind of cautious about the whole lye thing. I like to crochet, cross stitch, quilt and bake.
Blessings

Your presentation looks fabulous. The little wrappers that you have made are so cute with the red and white trim. Soap making is on my list of things to try but not yet....at the moment I've got an afghan in the works & a cross-stitch picture going. Just not enough time to work on them much.
I've been a follower for quite a while and would love a chance of winning your soaps.

Super cute presentation! Just lookin' at it bring the smell of Christmas to my nostrils and joy to my heart.

It's not much of a craft per-say but I love a plain glass bowl or mason jars filled with acorns as center pieces. You can always sprinkle a few here and there on the table for extra appeal and when finished, they can just be tossed back outside for the critters!

My big crafting project this year is crocheting christmas gifts for friends.

Can't wait to try soap-making, it looks so fun!

I'm crafting in the kitchen at present. I'm such a noobie to homemade anything. I want to make my own soaps but, am still to fraidy cat to try it. My "crafting" is coming about because I have such a desire to see my family eat healthier and be healthier. I want to know what is going in our bodies, on our bodies and in our home. Seems the best way to do that is make it myself.

Your soap looks wonderful! Right now I am learning to make soap, I want to learn to make pottery next. I have about 2 dozen sewing projects I need to complete, plus my husband and I have the HenPals nest boxes we make here on the farm.
I wish you all the luck in your soap making adventure. It is so much fun, isn't it?

I am already a follower.
Have a great day.

What a generous giveaway. I know it's a lot of work to make all that stuff. Recently, we've been making wine. I'm planning on trying soy candles. I've already made wax, but I want to go green.

Oh I love the way you have it all fixed up!!! Well lets see I too am making soaps. I never would of dreamed I would want to try something like soap making but here I am looking for recipes and wondering what the public would want and what my family would want!! So I guess you can tell that I love to make soaps!!!!

I have started making wreaths, but I don't want to say out of what yet because I'm going to do a blog on my post about it soon!

I have been following your site for a few months now. I do alot of different crafts. I love to make things. I work leather and recently started making my own soap and personal care products. After seeing your post on lip balm, I went out today and got some beeswax to make some too. I already had coconut oil and spearmint flavor oil. Can't wait to make lip balm, but I still need some containers to put it in. Love your site and this great give away. Thanks

I Love the soap. I wish I had the stuff to do that. I am leaning to crochet. I have been learning by making washcloths. Next I am trying a scarf.

Peppermint is one of my favorite soaps! You've encouraged me to try to make it one day.

Right now I'm teaching myself how to sew, do crafts with the kids (playdough, paints, your birdseed cookies, etc) and really enjoying fall baking and photography.

I hook rugs. (Not latch hook,) primitive wool rugs. I love the whole process. And the best part is that they will be passed to my grandchilden some day. so I will touch generations with my rugs.
Love your blog

I have been making pumpkins from scraps of wood, with leaves and curly ques from scraps of tin. All sizes and shapes, and painting them, and assembling them with Fall flowers, leaves, nuts, jute ribbons, raffia.Anything that looks Fallish.I am estatic about my newfound craft.I can use up a lot of tiny things in my inventory that haven't moved for awhile. I do the same for the Christmas season, only in bright Christmas colors. I'm lovin' it.
