2 c. sugar
1 T. flour
4 T. cocoa
1 T. corn syrup
1 c. milk
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cook sugar, flour, cocoa, syrup and milk over low heat until soft ball forms in cold water. Beat by hand, adding butter and vanilla. Add nuts, beat until it loses its gloss. Immediately pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch dish, cut into squares.
